My folding knife is a traditional ‘spring’ folder – just the power of the internal spring holds the blade in the open or closed position. Because there is no locking mechanism and the blade is under 2.5 inches it is legal to carry in the UK.

I have designed this knife to be a very sturdy tool, with a 2.5mm thick blade and an extended overlap to maximise strength around the fulcrum.

There are two steel options:

  • stainless steel (RWL34™ – a non-patterned steel)

  • Damascus steel (DS93X™ – the pattern-welded variant formerly known as Damasteel).
