Damascus Steel Santoku
This is my standard Seiyo Santoku design made using the superb DS95X (formerly known as Damasteel) damascus steel. The pattern is called Vinland and is 3mm at it's thickest but tapers towards it's tip. Serial Number SN1.16
The handle is of desert ironwood, a very dense and hard wearing timber that self-protects with natural oils. It is fixed on red fibre liners with my unique 'hallmark' mosaic pins
Seiyo Santoku with Saya
This is Seiyo Santoku SN1.16 shown in it's saya (wooden sheath).
It is made in beech and has a peg that prevents the knife from coming out which I turned from the same wood as used for the handle.

This knife is my standard Woodsman 1 design but my customer wanted a bolster to the handle and green liners and trim.

Marlin Spike
I hand forged this marlin spike from stainless steel then hardened it.
A shackle key is cut into the top and it is part polished.
Marlin spikes are used by sailors or anyone involved in rope work when a stubbornly tight knot needs to be undone.

Fusion Gyuto with matching Saya
This Gyuto, a Japanese style fish and meat filleting knife has a blade hand forged from 26C3 high-carbon steel that is differentially hardened to attain the best cutting edge possible whilst maintaining toughness.
The handle is hand made using English walnut laid on green G10 liners and fixed with my unique ‘Hallmark’ mosaic pins.
The knife has a saya (wooden sheath) made from the same English walnut to perfectly protect the knife when not in use.
