Woodsman

from £352.00

The ‘Woodsman’ knife is a general-purpose field knife suitable for bushcraft or hunting.

This sturdy knife has a single flat (Scandi) grind cutting edge. It has a full tang and is made from 4mm-thick steel with a distal taper to both blade and handle. There is no dropped choil, so the blade can be used flat on a board along its entire length.

The handle has a heavy-walled tube for you to add your own lanyard if you wish. A traditionally handcrafted leather sheath is included in the price.

For the blade, choose from the following options:

  • high-carbon steel (L3)

  • stainless steel (RWL34™ - a non-patterned steel)

  • Damascus steel (DS93X™, the pattern-welded variant formerly known as Damasteel).

The leather sheath can be made with either a simple belt loop sewn directly to the sheath, or a Scandi/dangler loop (with metal D-ring). You can also opt to include a firesteel with its own holder added to the main sheath.

Then choose your wood for the handle, and the colour of the liners, mosaic pins, leather dye and stitching.

Please select your options below to customise your knife. Further choices will appear in the pop-up window when you click the 'Purchase' button.
